Jean Chasselay était propriétaire de terres sur les Eparcieux dans la commune de Châtillon d’Azergues. De siècles en siècles la tradition viticole s’inscrit dans l’histoire, elle passe bien sur par la Révolution puisque Jean Chasselay (1764-1835) vinifiera les premières vendanges républicaines en 1789. <o:p></o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> <o:p></o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Aujourd’hui, Claire et Fabien Chasselay se joignent à leurs parents afin de<span style=""> </span>perpétuer cette passion du vin.</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> <br /><o:p></o:p></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Jean-Gilles et Christiane Chasselay sont vignerons récoltants depuis 1981.
